Ok, so I have no expience with networking or security... but, I could use some help. Please don't flame me for having no knowledge. I would normally just search and browse around, but I may not have enough time to get all the information I need.
I am a designer at a small company, I have been having a lot of problems with the network admin. (Personal issues) He has been spying on everyone, reading personal emails and whatever else he has been doing. Now he is trying to get me fired! He keeps playing games, blocking me out of parts of my computer that I have files which I need for work and just acting like a child.
The reason I am here, is I am going through the programs running in task manager and KiXtart was one of them. I'd just like to know exactly what he can do with this? Whats possible? and is there any way I can guard against anything he may be doing or planning on doing?
Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.

well... he is the only networking person there, and he speaks over everyones head so that they have no idea what he is doing... Is it possible to get peoples passwords, credit card #'s and other information and read personal emails using this software? I'd like to know what kind of capabilites this has, is there a link on the site that maybe has a list of things this software can do?

Just my opinion.
KiXtart is just a scripting language. You can download the v4.53 package here. In the package is a readme explaining all commands, functions, macro's etc.
You can compare KiXtart with VBS that is native available in Windows.
KiXtart was and is used in many cases during logon to run logon scripts.
Scripting langages are not created to steal credit card numbers and passwords.
Reading emails, well, in exchange, there are ways to backup and restore mailboxes and link a mailbox to a user account.
Much can be achieved by the level of admin rights a person has. One can always abuse these privileges. Scripting languages can also be abused.
I think, in your case, if you think your network administrator is abusing his privileges, you should inform asap your and his superiors. These things cannot be tolerated and have to be investigated.

If you are sure that he is abusing his priviledges you should definitely report him to his bosses. Don't wait do it first thing in the morning.

thanks for getting back to me everyone, I have already made a formal complaint to his supervisor. Upper management are not technically savvy, s when they confronted him, he just words things in a way that they have no idea what he's talking about and he gets away with it. If anything is going to be done about this, I'm going to have to have proof of what he is doing...
Is there anyway I can find out exactly what he is doing? If I posted up a screen shot of what is running in the task manager would that help anyone get an idea of what is going on?

ALLEN: Thanks, I will go through the UDF forum and check out what other scripts are available...
If anyone has any links that may help that have to do with monitoring other computers, and controlling them remotely (he has controlled my mouse remotely from a seperate computer, open programs ect...)
I wish they had another networking person to watch what he is doing, but they don't... So he likes to play GOD...

Does he have anything on you? I mean can he get to you in other ways?
I'm pretty much sure you did not do anything wrong, but is there something you could have done so he can blame you for?

He may have my credit card information and personal information... I can't be sure if he has any of that information yet. The only thing I do on the computer other than work, on lunch or when it gets slow I'll visit websites. I don't think thats a big problem.
I'm not home, but when I get a chance I'll post up a screen for ya if it helps.

On another note, I am now unable to post up any screen shots, I had several screens saved to different sections in my directory, as well as 3 other co-workers directories just in case he decided to go through mine. Turns out he went through theirs too, and deleted any screen shots i had saved, over the weekend he replaced the computer i was working on with another one, and also locked me out of even more areas of the computer. Now i'm not even able to get to task manager, I'm not even able to get to the display properties to change my resolution (which is rediculously low right now!)
I'll be talking with the bosses 1 more time about this problem and hopefully they will hire someone to come in and check on what he has been up to.

oh i forgot, he also has a keylogger running and mysql program running on here as well... noticed that before he locked me out completely. reason i know he is using a keylogger, i decided one day to type him a little messege descrbing how much i like him HAHA!!! but i didn't use any email, or notepad even, just typed it up and 10 minutes later he approached me with a stupid attitude and procede to call me a piece of sh$%& haha!!!
But thanks for listening to me, I just need to vent a lil so i don't end up beating the crap out of him

I love coming into a company like this after the "bad guy" has been booted out and cleaning up shop. Hopefully that will happen here.
