KiXtart can do a lot of things. I mean no disrespect, but trying to tell you what KiXtart can do is like asking where can I drive in my car? Just as there are some roads you wouldn't take your car on, there are things Kix can't do, but others its very good at. Maybe look at the UDF Forum for examples.
Don't you think its time you go to management with your issues, regardless of whether you are right or not?
