As you likely know, the US and Canada have enacted a law that changes when DST begins and ends. There are ramifications not only for computers in these countries, but for those who communicate with the US/Canada.

Microsoft has released hotfixes for W2K3, XP, Exchange, and other products. Windows 2000, however, is not supported. A patch is available (for a few thousand $$) for users with enterprise support. Those without an ESA are SOL. ;\)

I'll be putting up some tools on my web site over this weekend that will update the W2K server and professional systems. Keep your eyes out if you are running W2K systems.
