As you likely know, the US and Canada have enacted a law that changes when DST begins and ends. There are ramifications not only for computers in these countries, but for those who communicate with the US/Canada.
Microsoft has released hotfixes for W2K3, XP, Exchange, and other products. Windows 2000, however, is not supported. A patch is available (for a few thousand $$) for users with enterprise support. Those without an ESA are SOL. 
I'll be putting up some tools on my web site over this weekend that will update the W2K server and professional systems. Keep your eyes out if you are running W2K systems.
