I have a Citrix server that is in the beginning stages of implementation. We are moving from a strictly Terminal Server environment to Citrix Presentation server. We are only going to Publish one or two apps without giving users access to a desktop. I've got a login script that will execute and do what I would expect as long as I've published the desktop and the user opens it. If I only publish an application, the script doesn't run. I'm executing the script via local gpo as we are still in the middle of an AD migration, but not complete.

Does a user that only has a published app have access to HKCU?

Any help/pointers would be appreciated of course.
