There really isn't much info on this OS yet. Here's an interview/key notes from the presentation @ CES:

Key features are usage simplicity, daily automated backups of all connected PC's, remote desktop access to all connected PC's (á la SBS), home web server available from anywhere, reduntant storage of all media, a JBOD-function enabling all connected PC's as a single storage unit etc.
