well, it's possible to write an interpreter that would translate to C or perl.
but the problem is that kix has lots of stuff that doesn't work in that environment as it's windows special.
you can tell your customer to look at TCL (you unix guys can jump in) as I liked it to be close enough in syntax to kix to be rather easy to use as well.
