The variable $Write is being directed to the screen and hence to the file.
$Write = ReDirectOutput("\\server\share\$filename")
$Write <--- this is your problem.
", @userid, $os, $fileversion, $ieversion, @address, @DATE"
Delete the above line and should remove the "0".
