mart, no raikonen or any other driver can no longer pass scumacher in points this year, so that comment is a bit hilarious.
specially given that raikkonen is driving next year the ferrari.
....
Sorry, I mean next year. Shumi is retiring after this season, Alonso is moving from Renault to McLaren so the opportunities are there for next season.
Looking at the top10 below it is still possible for the two leaders to get even in points if Alonso gets no points in Brazil and Shumi wins.
Who will be world champion then?
I'm don’t know what the rules says but I think Shumi will still be world champion if he wins and Alonse gets 0 points because if Shumi wins in Brazil he has won 8 races and Alonse has got 7 wins they have the same amount of point but Shumi has won one more race.
Top 10 after tdoays race:
Quote:
1 F. Alonso - 126
2 M. Schumacher - 116
3 F. Massa - 70
4 G. Fisichella - 69
5 K. Raikkonen - 61
6 J. Button - 50
7 R. Barrichello - 28
8 J.P. Montoya - 26
9 N. Heidfeld - 23
10 R. Schumacher - 20
