so, what you are getting at?
you pasted huge amount of documentation without any layout, so it's a pain trying to read it.
anyways, there is no use for the similar documenting in kixtart world because:
a) kixtart does not support out (by ref passing) variables
b) kixtart is a free in such a way. there is no use for declaring vartypes and such as they are converted on the fly
