That is not true imho. GPO has folders named like this {6AC1786C-016F-11D2-945F-00C04fB984F9}. To me this is way more cryptic then just having scripts, functions, whatever folder on the netlogon/sysvol share. Or even replicate the OU structure would make less complicated folders.
