OK, I'll toss an OTQ out then.
What do you guys use to measure network latency for an application like Citrix NFuse? I am getting worse latency through my WISP than I was dialing in with RAS. I realize it's comparing apples to oranges.
Any cool tools? I don't feel like scouring through Ethereal trace files or importing them into Excel and wrangling them into useful reports.
