Yup, it's an exe I wrote a while back to help someone on the board that wanted to capture the current state of the console.
It also has a couple of additional useful features that Disti is referring to. It can set the exit code to reflect the console size or the current cursor position - useful if you want to integrate console commands into KiXtart scripts and you cannot tell what size the user has set the console to, or where the command left the cursor.
