In addition to the above, I would suggest that you you start small and build your script in layers - getting each (small) piece to function properly - only then, adding extra layers of complexity. I would start by building a simple login script that displays the user's name and maybe some othert environmental details (see the @MACRO section of the manual) ... then move on to plain drive mappings and then group based drive mappings ...
