I’ve seen the keyboard working and it's really cool but its crap if it’s sunny. You can only see the keys properly when it's not sunny and you’re not working under bright lights.

The keyboard projected on to the desk surface has been around for a few years. I like the feel of keys though. I would get sore fingers from taping on a desk that has not kind of cusioning.

OK, maybe I should not have included "keyboard" in the same sentence as "plausible". I just cannot see that keyboard as being practical at all. It would be terrible to use, impossible to touch type, and very prone to errors.

it is really meant for portable devices, (PDAs and cells) and kiosks... locations where the weather or environment or location might kill or be impractical for a standard keyboard & mouse
