you are wanting to change US keyboard to UK date, time and keyboard?
well, I'm not really sure what you are after but changing the default keyboard layout of a machine is nothing one should do in a script.
I mean, the default kb is the one set to fit the layout of the keyboard.
hmm.. are US and UK keyboards with the same layout?
if not, then you shouldn't screw them up.
and if they are, then it does not matter which one the keyboard layout is.
