In holland it is 0,02. It means it is tricky to drive after drinking two glasses(1 glass = 0,25L.) of bear (5% Alc.)

Lonk I think you meant 0,4 or 0,5. Sometimes we have that kind of news too. Most of the time it's a chauffeur from Russia or Eastern-Europe who has drunk too much.
