I'm trying to get the output from this:

Break On
Dim $SO
$SO=SetOption('Explicit','on')
$SO=SetOption('NoVarsInStrings','on')
$SO=SetOption('WrapAtEOL','on')

Dim $OfficeApps

$OfficeApps = GetOfficeDetails2()
'Office Type is : ' + $OfficeApps[10] ?
'Excel Version : ' + $OfficeApps[0] ?
'Word Version : ' + $OfficeApps[1] ?
'PowerPoint Version : ' + $OfficeApps[2] ?
'Access Version : ' + $OfficeApps[3] ?
'Publisher Version : ' + $OfficeApps[4] ?
'Project Version : ' + $OfficeApps[5] ?
'Visio Version : ' + $OfficeApps[6] ?
'Outlook Version : ' + $OfficeApps[7] ?
'FrontPage Version : ' + $OfficeApps[8] ?
'InfoPath Version : ' + $OfficeApps[9] ?
$OfcType = $OfficeApps[10]
$ExcVer = $OfficeApps[0]
$WordVer = $OfficeApps[1]
$PPVer = $OfficeApps[2]
$AccVer = $OfficeApps[3]
$PubVer = $OfficeApps[4]
$ProjVer = $OfficeApps[5]
$VisVer = $OfficeApps[6]
$OutVer = $OfficeApps[7]
$FPgVer = $OfficeApps[8]
$InfoVer = $OfficeApps[9]

If Not Exist ("Y:CompInfo_Ofc_@YEAR@MONTHNO.txt")
$RO = loginfo("Y:CompInfo_Ofc_@YEAR@MONTHNO.txt","ComputerName,TimeStampDate,TimeStampTime,Office Version,EXcel,Word,Powerpoint,Access,Publisher,Project,Visio,Outlook,FrontPage,InfoPath")
EndIf

$RO = loginfo("Y:CompInfo_Ofc_@YEAR@MONTHNO.txt","@WKSTA,@DATE,@TIME,$OfcType,$ExcVer,$WordVer,$PPVer,$AccVer,$PubVer,$ProjVer,$VisVer,$OutVer,$FPgVer,$InfoVer")

into my log file. Buy when I inspect my logfile, all I have is:

ITDBAdmin,2005/10/25,10:33:30,$OfcType,$ExcVer,$WordVer,$PPVer,$AccVer,$PubVer,$ProjVer,$VisVer,$OutVer,$FPgVer,$InfoVer

WHAT doesn't it like? I just don't understand.

Thanks in advance,

Tom

You have:
Code:
$SO=SetOption('NoVarsInStrings','on')

And where are your variables?

You've put your variable into a string and have NoVarsInStrings set to "ON". It should be...

Code:

$RO = loginfo("Y:\CompInfo_Ofc_@YEAR@MONTHNO.txt",@WKSTA+','+@DATE+','+@TIME+','+$OfcType+
','+$ExcVer+','+$WordVer+','+$PPVer+','$AccVer+','+$PubVer+','+$ProjVer+','+$VisVer+','+
','+$OutVer+','+$FPgVer+','+$InfoVer)
