The same day, the responsible party here has been spoken to. This will be corrected in the 4.51 release of the HTML pages & CHM, which is due out next week. So please feel free to link, unlink, delete, and do whatever you think appropriate on your sites. Today (Sept-28), Ron (NTDOC) just notified me of this thread.

Seriously, I think we've taken the correct steps here to filter out one's opinion from a public document. In a continued effort to curb the plagiarism, there will be copyright watermarks in the document, however, we'll make sure that this time they will be 'politically correct.'
