You have a couple of options.
You can package the script using an EXE which unloads the script then runs kix32.exe with the unpacked script as a parameter, or you can include the license check within your script.
Packaging the script will allow you to use one of the tools that you've already identified, however as the script is unbundled there is the possibility that it can be recovered and used directly, avoiding the license check.
The better option is therefore to build the license into the script and tokenise the script so that it is hard to defeat the mechanism.
You cannot easily hide the license registration, as tools like RegSnap and FileMon will reveal where you write it. Not useful if the user can then set up a task to remove the registration on a regular basis and so run the application permanently.
Better solutions are either to hard-code an end-date for unlicensed versions or disable/reduce the functionality.
If you go with the fixed end date you will need to update the download regularly, and be prepared to accept that some people might simply download and re-install when they get close to the end date.
The reduced functionality might be that the program only returns a certain number of values, exits after a fixed period of time or has some menu options removed, and is probably the best solution.
