Ok here is where I stand now. I changed the ini file to look like this:
[bsdays]
2005/04/11=joshraymer,Josh%20Raymer
2005/04/12=joshraymer,Josh%20Raymer]
2005/04/12=jasonconder,Jason%20Conder
2005/04/12=acwilson,Alice%20Wilson
The script is now just seeing my name and running the file for me only. It is not going on and checking for USERID and DATE.
