well, the weird issue is that the thread you just posted to remains unread if you return directly to forum.
to fix this, you need to wait until the reply delay kicks in and shows you the thread again and then by clicking yourself back to the forum, then it shows the thread properly read.
that's F:ed up, but threads has had that always.
