Very off topic, but here we go:

We are using Outlook 2003 with a IMAP connection to the mail server.

If I setup mail Folder-redirection where if a e-mail from richard.farthing@blah.com comes in, it gets redirected to a folder called "Richard Farthing".

So when I login to Outlook, the mail has already been moved by the mail server to the "richard farthing" but outlook will only check the folder that you highlighted.

So I will not know that I have new mail within every folder that I have setup until I manually click on each folder.

Our mail company (C/W) are saying this is a outlook issue. ?

Is this normal ?
