1st: if the ip range of dhcp is: 200.10.129.x
than you can use this script

$ip = SUBSTR(@IPADDRESS0,1,12)
if $ip = "200. 10.129"
? "you are a DHCP client"
else
? "you are not a DHCP client"
endif

2nd: you can check in the registry if dhcp is enabled !
