Best bet would be to use some system monitoring tool to capture the changes to the system when you remove it from one. Then try to build a script that duplicates it. Then try it out on a couple, if it works, roll it out. PC Mag has one for InCtrl5 that works well. There should be some others there on the Web somewhere. syntax53 syntax53 Fresh Scripter Registered: 2004-11-17 Posts: 33 Loc: Pennsylvania	well before we went ahead and did a mass change like this, we chose about 10 machines that had frequent problems reading the user id and removed netbeui manually. one of them has had to problem re-occur twice. so we still aren't sure if netbeui is actually the culprit.
