I've never seen this behavior, however I've never scheduled anything other than once-a-day schedules.
Nevertheless, it sounds more like a problem with either the Task Scheduler or the JT.EXE CLI. In any case, there's nothing I can do about.
I'll play around with JT.EXe a little bit and see what I can find.
Do you have the same behavior if you manually schedule tasks with the Task Scheduler wizard?
