Why would you be overwriting your user's NORMAL.DOT unless you are in a very strict lockdown type of business.

This prevents users from storing their own personal optimizations/personlizations for how they work.

I know our finance and legal department would be out to get someone fired if we overwrote their NORMAL.DOT

Just something to think of I suppose.
