Hi,

I have tried a simple xcopy command to overwrite the normal.dot in the user's profile in application data\microsoft\templates\ and that is fine, however the customised toolbars do not appear - has anyone tried creating a custom normal.dot for use in Word Office 2003 ? I even tried copying the customised normal.dot to default user's templtaes folder and same problem. Also tried deleting the normal.dot before and after the copy and same problem.
