I got first client crying why the machine just suddenly rebooted.
there were 3 ppl looking at the screen.
1 normal user
1 software administrator (our corps only one)
1 software provider's IBM specialists
they just said it said something and then went suddenly down.
heh, I didn't remember the SP2 before they said the date, 16th and I started laughting.
there is our hope in these weird dudes that get in month about the same salary as I do in a year 
anyway, aftermath:
-installs without warning
-install can't be stopped nor delayed (the status is showed though)
-reboots automatically without asking anything
