well, AU has caused some problems.
like the need to rebuild my home w2k system.
but it really seems that MS thinks this gets the best benefits.
the home users which have AU turned on, are getting updated and most of the corporate users don't use AU.
after all, most of the hotfixes are not even needed in properly protected environment.
like, around 98% of them are pure security blobs that don't affect anything in good way in closed environment.
