Staun Staun Lurker Registered: 2004-08-06 Posts: 3	Been using Kixtart for severel years now on Win98. We are now planing to install Win XP on our clients. Is it possible to write to the registry when the login-user has no admin-rights during login?? I was planning to start with vbs/wsh-loginscripts, but if Kix can do it. I'm staying here.

Staun Staun Lurker Registered: 2004-08-06 Posts: 3	I'm gonna write some license-settings for some of our software-products, that need to be set in HKEY_CURRENT_USER. At the moment we are using Kix to write to the registry, but we ca do that with GPO for some settings. The problem is that when we're trying to create MSI-packages for det GP the license is on the administrator and not on the user.
