There are a few things in your code that won't work without admin rights. The time cannot be set by a non-admin and rightfully so should not be. If running AD, time is already taken care of. Non-admins cannot copy into WINNT or the folders below. There is no need to copy KiX32.exe to the local machine anyway since I see you launch it from NetLogon. KiXforms is another matter and should be rolled out with either an admin script or an MSI. Seasrch the board as this has been discussed often.
