Shaggydog Shaggydog Fresh Scripter Registered: 2003-05-20 Posts: 31 Loc: Mississauga, ON	I was wondering if there is a simple way to have kixtart back up the drivers from the machine to somewhere on the network? My work situation is one where I have nearly 40 unique machines, and constantly looking up drivers when reloading one of them is annoying. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.

Shaggydog Shaggydog Fresh Scripter Registered: 2003-05-20 Posts: 31 Loc: Mississauga, ON	Reinstalling the operating system. It doesn't happen very often for each individual machine, but when I do have to format/reinstall, it's frustrating at times to look up old driver information. Just a thought.

Sealeopard Sealeopard KiX Master Registered: 2001-04-25 Posts: 11165 Loc: Boston, MA, USA	Create a proper imge for peployment and include the drivers ont he image itself. No need to look on the network for updated drivers. Use a combination of SysPrep and a ghosting/imaging tool for this. _________________________ There are two types of vessels, submarines and targets.
