Or even RealVNC or the original itself?

Just to stick my £0.02 worth in, we use a product called Proxy Remote from Funk Software - its commercial, and fairly expensive for a large rollout, but works better than any version of VNC I've come across. Version 5, which is due soon, will also have new features such as many-to-one connections and session recording - apparently.
