here's just a side note about the willing to help here in Germany (I'm aware that it's not too much but ...)

There are some complete Red Cross Rescue Dog squads waiting to get there ... No chance because all flights are cancelled

The blood donations from ppl here ... same reason

The German Air Force offered their Airbus and Transall Machines for transportation of wounded ...

Don't forget Article 5 (Nato Resolution) came into force yesterday ...
