Hi I have a problem with the below shell cmd line

Shell '%comspec% /c msiexec /i "hummingbird exceed.msi" TRANSFORMS=1033.mst /q Reboot="ReallySupress"'

within dos
msiexec /i "hummingbird exceed.msi" TRANSFORMS=1033.mst /q Reboot="ReallySupress"
works with no problems. it must Im missing a few "" or something - Please can some help. Its doing my head in.
