Rnuss Rnuss Lurker Registered: 2004-05-12 Posts: 1 Loc: WI, USA	Hi, THis is all very new to me so please excuse my ignorance. I have recently installed a new AD 2003 server. I have the Script running int he NETLOGON share adn everythign seems to work. However, I have a handfull of people that do not get a drive mapped when they log in. I can see the script run but it takes a bit for it to run. The only thing I can think is that these users have somthing running in their Startup that is interfereing wiht the script. Any ideas on what I might try?

Rory Daniels Rory Daniels Getting the hang of it Registered: 2003-02-25 Posts: 64 Loc: Bristol, UK	Are you shure you don't have a rogue authenticating server that does not have the login script installed. Check the %LOGONSERVER% environment variable to see which server these users are using. Rory

Netlogon is part of sysvol replication, and if there is any issue with failed replication, netlogon would not even be published. dmarussi dmarussi Fresh Scripter Registered: 2004-05-11 Posts: 15	out of the handful of people who aren't mapping, are they all trying to map the same or different drives? do they have anything in common? can you hard map them manually after the script has failed for them? the reason i ask all these questions is because sometimes when the script works for most but not all it might be a server or share issue and not a script issue at all...
