My current network environment includes a Citrix XP server running on W2K Server and all clients are Windows 95,98 and then Windows 2000 server sessions from the Citrix server. Kixtart is currently running properly but here is the issue. I want to get rid of the DOS Shell at logon as it uses up resources needlessly and dont want to have to use a bat file of any type to achieve drive mapping and such. Is there any way of unifying one logon for both Win9.x and W2K clients? I currently have a logon.bat file that references a logon.kix file, but want to get rid of the bat file any ideas?
