Les, Unfortunately, no member servers yet - those will be my old NT4 DC's (downside of server consolidation). I've also tried including my WinNT DC's in 'kixtart.ini' (full trust between domains), but still no luck.

Currently domain is Win2K Native. Any idea on the perms you think might be an issue, or just working off the idea security preventing proper call/respond of KXRPC service? A review of server event viewer has nothing logged of value.
