NTDOC compiles them into a CHM http://www.kixhelp.com/Downloads/KORG-FAQ.chm from time to time but the last time he did was October 2003. _________________________ Give a man a fish and he will be back for more. Many are quite old now and the original author appears to no longer be around to update the code so it becomes almost obsolete. Also as time progresses I think the coding style and methodology has changed over time to what is hopefully better code. There are (as of last night) 467 UDF files being collected by myself and Lonkero for our mirror sites. I can tell you right now that I have a reasonably large logon script that I run, but I only use about a dozen of the UDFs. Perhaps if you would let us know what is confusing and/or what it is you're wanting to do we may be able to assist you better. My guess is that you are just still new to KiXtart and may need a few pointers in general to help get you going.

The UDFs are uploaded by anyone in the KiXtart community, and there is no "approval" process, so there are no approved UDFs. They are of course subject to peer review and comments which means that they are ususally pretty tight, and I dare say the forum mods would remove any dangerous or malicious code. Use the search page to search the UDF forum if you want to see if there is anything to match your needs. Remember to change the "exact phrase" to "and" in the search options if you have more than one word, and change the search period to "all posts". When you get a list of possible matches you will very likely get a number of UDFs which do the same or a similar job. This happens for a variety of reasons. You will need to review the UDFs and decide which one best fits your need - start with the most recent, as they may have taken advantage of new facilities provided by later versions of KiXtart.
