Since you store KiX32.exe and the script in \NetLogon, you will have to call it explicitly from there with your BATch file from the GPO Scripts folder. On my OU,I have a GPO logon script as follows:
\\MyCompany.com\SYSVOL\MyCompany.com\Policies\{8F913AA1-8559-40E6-893C-776A5EF68637}\User\Scripts\Logon\Logon.bat

Within your logon.bat, you will have to do something like:
\\MyCompany.com\Netlogon\KiX32.exe \\MyCompany.com\Netlogon\MyScript.kix
