There is probably an easier method to do this.. But you can do one of the following:
SYSPREP (from Microsoft) your machine and when they come up they will be prompted to be on the new domain

I have heard that BINDVIEW has a product that can also migrate machines.

The thing is that this will not be a trivial task as you are talking about security settings with the system. You will need to detach from the old domain and then attach to the new. This requires you to establish a SID on the new domain (we have found pre-staging the machine accounts to be helpful as they go to the specific container in AD)..
