With the Broadcom 7.11 NDIS2 driver that came out in early February? I'm hoping you were using an earlier driver-this is supposed to be the first version to have resolved the multicasting issues. Our district techs are generally multicasting to new machines at the warehouse on a private network that are not yet deployed, where there are no other users, but prior to this driver version, they couldn't get it to work at all on the D530s. The one who was in charge of resolving this told me that with this latest driver, all the multicasting issues are finally fixed. The stuff I do at one of the school sites does involve multicasting to machines in place on an existing network, but I probably won't be trying it again myself for a couple more months.
