Welcome to Kix. The % and $ commands you make reference to are not commands. Anything bracketed with a % sign (for example %comspec%) is an environment variable that is being passed. The $ sign indicates a variable being set or used within Kix depending on its relation to an = sign.I suggest you download Bryce's guide http://kix.isorg.net/startersguide/
