Here is something that we use with two Citrix boxes that are a little elderly and do not have enough space..

What we do is look for profiles that are over two days old and remove these.
We have been using it about two weeks now and is working great..
Just uncomment out the line to RD /S /Q.. You should then be off and rolling. 
If you have a "Documents and Settings", you will need to change to that folder as well.
