Yea, I know that! I forgot to mention that I restart all our term-servers every night, that's why the profile is possible to delete without jerking with processes and registry.

Our local experts has been involved in trying to solve this issue, but they couldn't help us any further. I've used a tool named uphclean - made by a microsoft-engineer, but as I said, still not 100 %.

What is a fact, is that sometimes when a totally new profile is generated, the profile is ok under documents and settings on the respective term-server, but when the user logs off, (takes more than 10-15 secs), this is a symphtom that the system doesn't manage to write the roaming profile back to our fileserver. And this has 100% certain nothing to do with local rights on this server. By the way.. we also use citrix on out term-servers. And you know.. we can't always be there to log off a hung user through server manager as the user's are way to inpatient to wait for our help. But this is correct, this "fixes" most issues for this user. What I want to do, is fix the other problems, regardless of what caused it - as long as the profile is still hung.

The delprof-tool I have noticed, and was thinking of using this, but as you said yourself, it doesn't seem 100% reliable.

What do you propose to use as household-tools? Besides the delprof-tool?
