well, comment block I understand but when saw this topic here I thought "why would someone block comments from thread? and why that is in suggestions??"

Actually, it's a selective comment blocker so we can block just your UBB comments
Seriously, comment blocks would be very useful for the UDF headers, don't you think? By eliminating the ";" on each line, the header could just be copied/pasted into a little reference document so you wouldn't have to open & read each UDF in your library to determine what args are needed, or which of several similar UDFs might be the most appropriate.
