for a "simple" solution, you only need the reg-hives.
for little bit harder solution, you also need startup stuff.
maybe even setup.log...

well, way or another, there is a repair disk, but as my source tells me:

as NT based systems do not require you to have the diskette for you to be able to have the ability to repair.
