You should have written the script from the beginning in such a way that it can query remote computers, e.g. by using remote registry reads and WMI instead of macros.
Alternatively, use the ScheduleTask() UDF to run the scripts on remote computers. There are numerous examples on how to do this including an FAQ referencing ScheduleTask().
