Each five years we see new names on the horizon. It starts with the computer department. Commercial organizations were
introducing all kind of new names i.e. IT, ICT, helpdesk, system administrator department and support department.
In comparison with the past not all software must be created now. General software is available and i.e. MS becomes big
with those software. General software becomes with the years also very expensive for supporting. Company software
becomes more stable and gets more functionalities.
A big influence in our opinion on new technologies and new general software has the internet world. Most Word documents
aren't using all new functionalities of recent Word releases. Internet requires an upgrade to make it possible to see your
information in a proper way.
