Well, since the board is rather slow anyways, I thought I'd pose this question of peculiar origin.
The acronyms IS and IT in the Computer field typically are listed as the following
IS - Information Services or Information System(s)
IT - Information Technology
Since these titles are somewhat self bestowed over time, what title does your company use
to describe your computer support services?
Why does one Company use IS and another IT when both perform the same exact service?
Please post your thoughts or ideas on this subject.
